"Let's talk about brow lifts, or as a lot of us call them, brow resets. I do a lot of brow lifts, particularly endoscopic or minimal access brow lifts."

"More and more we're realizing the importance of addressing the brow, especially when we're doing eyelid surgery and facelifts. Brows are really an important signal of youth on the face and they serve as a main part of the facial framework."
On the photo from this week's surgery:
"This week we're able to capture a great photo doing an endoscopic brow lift that really helps demonstrate the power of the surgery. If you take a look at this photo, this is right after I've completed the right side of the surgery in which I fully released that right brow from all of its deep attachments that are holding it down. It's not sutured up or anything pulling it up and no skin has been removed. The incisions are hidden in the hair but look how much further elevated it is compared to the left side, which I have not yet touched in that photo."

"Now look at the brow position after both have been released. This is again before any type of fixation. The brows have naturally risen up after being adequately freed from what was holding them down. It's almost like her brows were asking to be freed so they could come back up to where they really wanted to be and it all just happens really naturally."
